In addition, interline tickets to each Tokyu Line station (except Tokyu Shin-Yokohama Line and Kodomonokuni Line) can be purchased. For the Keikyu Line and Sotetsu Line, interline tickets can be purchased only for sections where transfer discounts apply.
Multi-trip Tickets
Multi-trip Tickets(adults and children) are no longer on sale.If you would like to purchase a ticket for people with disabilities or school commuters, please ask the station staff.
Commuter Pass
Three types are available: 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. Passes can be purchased at each station's ticket vending machines or at the commuter pass office in Yokohama Station. When purchasing a student commuter pass, a student ID with a commuter pass certificate issued by designated schools, or proof of commuting status, is necessary.
Using the Commuter Pass
1 If you want to change the route for which the commuter pass is valid, first, purchase a new commuter pass for the desired route; then, request a refund certificate for "route change" for the commuter pass from the staff. We will refund the amount remaining after subtracting an administrative fee and an amount that corresponds to the elapsed days from the effective start date of the pass to the route change request date. ※ The calculation is done by units of jun. 1 jun = 10 days (rounded up). However, 1 month = 3 jun.
2 Refund of the commuter pass will be calculated according to the following method only, given that it is still within its valid period. However, if a refund is requested within 7 days after the validity period starts, the calculation method will be different. In such a case, please inquire with the staff.
Months of Usage | Refund Amount |
---|---|
1 month | Commuter fare - (1-month fare + ¥220 administrative fee) |
2 month | Commuter fare - (1-month fare x2 + ¥220 administrative fee) |
3 month | Commuter fare - (3-month fare + ¥220 administrative fee) |
4 month | Commuter fare - (3-month fare + 1-month fare + ¥220 administrative fee) |
5 month | Commuter fare - (3-month fare + 1-month fare x2 + ¥220 administrative fee) |
* If less than one month is used, the number is rounded up. *Commuter pass route change and refund are handled at the commuter pass office in Yokohama Station. Other passenger inquiries are handled according to the provisions in our company's "Passenger Service Regulations". For more information, please see the "Passenger Service Regulations", which is available at the stations.
